It is not mandatory to have a CRM or Invoice account to use FSM. When you create a FSM account for your organization, you can either choose to create a new Invoice account or use an existing account to integrate with your FSM account. - Can Invoices be pushed to third-party accounting systems (e.g. QBO, Xero)?
Yes. Using Zapier/Custom functions, invoices can be pushed from Zoho Invoice to third party accounting system like QBO, Xero, etc. - Is Avalara AvaTax integration available?
No, currently this integration is not available. - Is Zoho FSM integrated with Zoho Desk?
No, currently Zoho FSM is not integrated with Zoho Desk. However, it is possible to create custom integrations. - Is FSM integrated with Google lens?
No, FSM is not integrated with Google lens. - Can Zoho FSM be integrated with Zoho Projects?
No, currently Zoho FSM is not integrated with Zoho Projects. However, it is possible to create custom integrations. - Can I integrate with my accounting software or SMS provider?
Zoho FSM has many features that support third-party integrations. You can use any one of these to integrate with your accounting software or SMS provider or any other application:

- Custom functions - Which payment gateways does Zoho FSM support?
All payment gateways supported by Zoho Invoice/Books are also supported in Zoho FSM. You can view the supported payment gateways at Zoho Invoice/Books > Settings > Online Payments. - I have integrated Zoho FSM with the wrong Zoho Books/Invoice organization. How do I switch my Zoho Books/Invoice organization?
If you want to switch or change a Zoho Invoice or Books organization that is integrated with Zoho FSM, please contact support@zohofsm.com (US, IN, AU) or support@eu.zohofsm.com (EU, UK).
After we make the necessary changes, you can choose the desired Zoho Books/Invoice organization from the onboarding screen. The Name, and ID of the organizations you are part of will be listed.
In Zoho Books/Invoice, to find the details of the organizations you are part of, click on the Profile icon on the top left corner of your Zoho Books/Invoice application and click Manage. The details of the organizations you are part of will be listed. - How can I integrate Zoho Inventory with Zoho FSM?
FSM's integration with Invoice (or Books), and the two-way sync between FSM and Invoice (or Books) will enable you to use items from Inventory in FSM.
In Zoho FSM, the scope of Inventory integration is currently restricted to the following:
Serial number tracking of parts: While adding parts to a work order, you can select the serial number for the parts, enabling you to identify the exact part used for a work order. Serial number tracking for an item can be only enabled from Zoho Inventory.
Choosing warehouse for a part: While adding parts to a work order, you can choose the warehouse (defined in Inventory) from which to fetch the part. As parts get used in FSM, the stock in the warehouse for these parts will also get updated in inventory. The change in quantity of a part in FSM can be used in Inventory to maintain the Reorder Point. - Why are Customers of type Business from Zoho Books/Invoice not syncing with Zoho FSM Companies?
There are four sync types based on which the Companies and Contacts in FSM will be synced with the Customers in Invoice/Books. The Customers of type Business from Zoho Books/Invoice will sync with Zoho FSM Companies only the sync types I, III, and IV.
During FSM onboarding, if you are integrating with an existing Books/Invoice organisation, the sync type chosen for your FSM-Books/Invoice integration will be the same as the sync type in CRM-Books integration. Else, if you are creating a new Invoice organization, the default sync type will be Type IV. - When I try to enable sync between Books/Invoice and FSM, I encounter a tax conflict error. How do I fix this?
The tax configuration should be the same in your Zoho FSM organization and Zoho Invoice/Books organization, else the sync cannot be enabled. The taxes should either be enabled or disabled on both sides. To disable taxes, navigate to Settings > Taxes > Tax Rates in Zoho Books/Invoice and click Disable Sales Tax. If you hadn't enabled the taxes during the initial onboarding, then contact support (support@zohofsm.com (US), or support@eu.zohofsm.com (EU, UK)) to enable taxes. - When I try to create an invoice, I encounter the error "Statement of Accounts does not exist". How do I fix this?
If the Contacts/Accounts in FSM that have been synced with Zoho Books/Invoice are deleted, then the invoices containing these Contacts/Accounts cannot be created and you will encounter this error. To resolve this, contact support (support@zohofsm.com (US), or support@eu.zohofsm.com (EU, UK)) so that we can remove the Contacts/Accounts' link with Books/Invoice. Once the link the removed, the invoice can be generated and the Contact/Account will be recreated in books. - When I try to create an invoice, I encounter an error stating that the parts are inactive. How can I fix this?
You will encounter this error when the items used in an invoice are inactive in Zoho Books. To resolve this, do the following:
- Navigate to the Services And Parts module and select the part used in the work order for which you were trying to create an invoice.
- Click on View record in Books/Invoice link on the left panel and you will be taken to the part's record in Books/Invoice.
- If the item is inactive, mark it as active and try generating the invoice in FSM again.
