Creating Dashboards 

1. Select Dashboard from the application's navigation menu on the left pane in the End Application.

2. Click the Add Dashboard button in the top right corner.

3. Select the type of the dashboard whether General Dashboard or Module Specific Dashboard.

4. Provide the necessary details in the New Dashboard form.

1. Enter a unique title for the dashboard, and a description.
   
2. Select the group under which the dashboard must be created. Grouping will help you to segregate dashboards in custom views.
   You can create a new group using the Add New link at the bottom of the drop down.
   
3. Select the permission, whether Administrator, Standard, Technician, etc.
   
4. Set the Time Selection toggle to ON/OFF based on your requirement. Enabling Time Selection will allow you to change the time period of all the widgets in your dashboard in one selection.

Refer to the Setting Time Selection section for more details on the dashboard terms.

5. Click Create. 

i. Provide the necessary details in the New Dashboard form.

ii. Select the filter conditions you want to have on the dashboard after creating the widgets. This will help in filtering all the data in the dashboard globally at the same time.

iii. Provide the additional details

iv. Click Create.

6. After creating the dashboard, you can proceed to add widgets immediately. Or you can add widgets to the dashboard later when required by editing the dashboard.

 

Availability

All Dashboard operations require necessary permissions. Refer to Users and Profiles document for more details.

Editing Dashboards 

1. Select the Dashboard option from the application's navigation menu on the left pane in the End Application.

2. Click Actions, then select Edit Details from the drop down option.

3. Edit dashboard details such as name, description, group, permissions, and time selection.

4. Click Update.

Note: The Edit Layout option in the Actions menu can be used to add widgets, delete widgets, rearrange and resize the widgets in a dashboard.  

Sharing Dashboards

Note: The widget data in the shared dashboard view are rendered as per the application timezone.

Cloning Dashboards 

1. Select the Dashboard option from the application's navigation menu on the left in the End Application.

2. Click Actions, then select Clone from the drop down option in the top right corner.

3. Provide the desired details.

4. Click Create to create the cloned dashboard.

Deleting Dashboards 

1. Select the Dashboard option from the application's navigation menu on the left in the End Application.

2. Click Actions, then select Delete from the drop down option in the top right corner.

3. Click Delete Dashboard in the confirmation popup.

 

The dashboard will be removed permanently from the application.
