In Zoho IoT, Data Backup allows you to retain a copy of your data for multiple purposes. Regular backups ensure reliable references for accessing historical information.
Zoho IoT offers the option to request a data backup when needed. You can use this feature to send an email and initiate data backup. The backup data link will be sent in an email to the requested user.

Users with an administrative profile can request for data backup.
Requesting Backup
To get data backup,
- Click on the profile image at the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Write to Us under the Help section.

- Provide the required details in the form.

- Click Send. An email with your sender email address will be sent to support@zohoiot.com.
You will get a follow-up email from the support team to proceed with the backup after which you will receive an email with the backup's download link.

* Necessary BDaas and SQL data will be backed up.
* Support team will provide the link to the backed up data in an email.
* The data can be downloaded from the link provided.
* The backup must be downloaded within 10 days.
