While the
Audit Logs track activities and actions performed across all records in the Zoho IoT application in a chronological order, the Timeline feature focuses on specific records, detailing all actions taken on individual records. These details are helpful in tracking and analyzing the actions performed on particular managed entity, alarm rule, datapoint, etc.
The activities in the timeline can be viewed from the Timeline tab in the particular managed entities' information page. Every activity performed and triggered on the managed entity is displayed in chronological order here.

Viewing Timelines
To view activities on the timeline,
1. Access the End User Application.
2. Go to the information page of the managed entity or template instance for which you want to view the timeline.
3. Click on the
Timeline tab. The timeline is displayed.

4. Click on the duration drop down list to view timeline for a desired period. You can select from a fixed duration such as Last 1 Hour, Last 1 Hour 12 Hours, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, This Month, or Custom Range.
