Onboarding Device Troubleshooting

Is the LoRa device properly registered in Zoho IoT?
Check that the device EUI is the same as configured in the LoRa network server (LNS). Even a small mismatch can block data from reaching Data streams.

Is the gateway connected and forwarding data to the LNS?
If no packets reach the Zoho IoT application, check the gateway’s connection logs first. Confirm it’s online and has stable connectivity.

Is the device sending data within the configured interval?
Ensure the device’s transmission period are properly set. Long intervals can delay updates.

Is the webhook properly configured?
Verify that the Data stream webhook URL is correctly entered in your LoRa Network Server (LNS) configuration, and that the uplink message option is enabled.
