Deleting an overview dashboard template in a model

Users can delete the overview dashboard template they added to a model.

All overview dashboard operations require necessary permissions. Refer user profiles document for more details.

Note: Default overview dashboard template cannot be deleted.

To edit an overview dashboard template details,

Access the Developer Application.
Select Asset or Devices or Location in the left pane based on the model with the overview dashboard template you want to delete. For this illustration, Device is selected.
Click the name of the model with the overview dashboard template you want to delete. For this illustration, the device model Smart Equipment is considered.
Select Overview Dashboard in the left pane. This will display the default overview dashboard of the model.
Click on the Overview Dashboard selector field in the top.
Select the Overview Dashboard you want to delete.
Choose Action > Delete.
Click Delete Dashboard in the delete validation pop-up

The overview dashboard will now be deleted.
