All user operations require necessary permissions. Refer user profiles document for more details.

1. Access the Developer Application.
2. Click the Settings icon at the top right corner.
   
   
   
   
3. Select Application Developers in the left pane.
   
   
   
   
4. Hover over the name of the user you want to deactivate. For this illustration, the user: Allan Cooper is selected.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the ellipsis (...) icon that appears and select Deactivate from the context menu.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Deactivate User in the confirmation pop-up.
