Reactivating users

A deactivated user can be reactivated, allowing them to regain access to the application.

All user operations require necessary permissions. Refer User Profiles document for more details.

To reactivate a user,
  1. Access the End Application.
  2. Click the Settings icon at the top right corner.


  3. Click on Users under the USER & CONTROLS section.



  4. Click on Active Users.



  5. Select Inactive Users from the drop-down list. This will display the list of inactive users.



  6. Hover over the user you want to reactivate. For this illustration, user: Peter Chang is selected.



  7. Click the ellipsis (...) icon that appears and select Activate in the context menu.

 
The user is now activated and will be available in the Active Users section. The activated user will now have access to the application.
