Some users added to the application may not be visible depending on their status—active, inactive, unconfirmed, or deleted. You can locate them in the corresponding user section:
Active Users: Users who have accepted the invitation, been verified, and can access the application.
Inactive Users: Users who have been deactivated and cannot access the application.
Unconfirmed Users: Users who have been added but have not yet accepted the invitation or been verified.
Deleted Users: Users who have been removed from the application and no longer have access.
To view the different user sections,
Access the End Application.
Click the Settings icon at the top right corner.
Click on Users under the USER & CONTROLS section.
Click on Active Users. 
Select the section you want to check for the user from the drop-down list.
Users for the selected list will be displayed.
