Deployment of Zoho Lens App using Microsoft Intune

This guide explains how to bulk deploy the Zoho Lens mobile app to smartphones using Microsoft Intune. Bulk deployment with a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution like Intune helps you roll out the app to multiple devices efficiently, keep them updated, and manage configurations remotely — saving time and ensuring consistency.
  • Make sure you have a valid Microsoft Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) admin account.
  • Have an active Google Account (for Android) and Apple ID (for iOS) if deploying via app stores.

 Deploying the Zoho Lens App on Android Devices   

  1. Sign in to the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center.
  2. Go to Apps > Android.
  3. Click Add. In the Select app type dialog box, choose Managed Google Play app, then click Select.
  4. If this is your first time, sign in with your Google Account to link Managed Google Play.
  5. Search for Zoho Lens in the search bar.  When you find Zoho Lens, click Approve.
  6. In the approval settings, we recommend choosing Keep approved when app requests new permissions, then click Done.
  7. Click Sync.
  8. Back in the Android apps list, click Refresh, then select Zoho Lens.
  9. On the app page, go to the Properties tab and click Edit next to Assignments.
  10. Under Assignments, add the user groups or devices to which the app should be made Available or Required.
  11. Click Review + save, then Save to apply the assignment.

Deploying the Zoho Lens App on iOS Devices (Apple App Store)  

  1. Sign in to the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center.
  2. Go to Devices > iOS/iPadOS.
  3. Make sure you have an Apple MDM Push Certificate set up. If not, go to Apple MDM Push certificate and follow the on-screen steps. Learn more
  4. Go to Apps > iOS/iPadOS.
  5. Click Add. In the Select app type dialog box, select the iOS store app, then click Select.
  6. Click Search the App Store. Search for Zoho Lens, select your country/region if needed.
  7. Select Zoho Lens from the results, then click Select.
  8. Click Next to continue.
  9. On the Assignments tab, add the user groups or devices that should receive the app.
  10. Click Next, review your settings, then click Create.
