Once a session is started, tap More > Info.
In the Session Info screen, select Request Location under Customer's Geo Location.
When the technician requests location sharing, the customer will receive a prompt to allow access.
Once the customer shares their location, the location will be displayed, as shown in the image below.
The technician can view it in any map application installed on their device.
Even without a technician request, the customer can share their location by navigating to More > Info > Geo Location and tapping Share. Click Accept in the prompt and allow access to proceed further.
Click on More > Info in the active session, then click Session Details to access session-related information.
In the Session Details page, click Request Location for the customer.
The customer will receive a prompt to share their location
Once they accept, their location details will be available to you. If the location is recognized, it will be displayed on the interface.
If the location is unfamiliar, latitude and longitude coordinates will be shown.
