By default, a technician can access and view the customer's smartphone camera stream as soon as they join the session. What if the technician has an important product to show and wants to switch to their camera feed during the session?
Start a session with a customer.
Once the customer joins the session, you will get to view their camera stream by default.
To share your camera stream, click the Video option given in the technician console and click Share.
The customer will be able to view your camera stream. They can also annotate and freeze your camera stream when required.
To stop sharing camera
Click the Video option in the technician console.
Click Yes to stop sharing camera stream.
