How do I enable/ disable IMAP/ POP access?

The users can enable/ disable the IMAP/ POP access for their accounts from Zoho Mail settings.

To enable/ disable the access navigate to Settings > Mail accounts. Go to POP/ IMAP section by choosing your primary email address.



Enable/ disable the access based on your preference.

Whenever I try to toggle on the 'imap access' option in zoho mail, it won't allow me.

Need a solution asap as I am currently unable to set up access via outlook as a result.
