The Super Admin can allocate the purchased storage to the respective users from the Control Panel. Login to mailadmin.zoho.com, and go to the Mail Storage section. Across the relevant user, click the Edit icon in the Additional storage section, and click ​Save. ​Learn more on storage allocation here.
