There will be certain cases where you will not want the sender to be marked as spam. Organization Allowed List can be used to define such senders. You can add email addresses and domains to the Allowed List from the Spam Control section in the control panel. Navigate to the Allowed List tab and add either the required email address or the domain name. Emails from these recipients will not be marked as spam by our spam processing filters. Learn more.
