The Private keys are literally private to the users who generate them and will be encrypted and stored in Zoho Database using AES algorithm and can be accessed only by the user himself using the passphrase to send/ decrypt a PGP encrypted email.

On the other hand, public keys can be accessed by anyone in the organization to enable them to send you encrypted emails.
