How do I get the headers of an email?
Sometimes, when you contact support regarding an issue, you might be asked to send the headers of the email for which you're facing the issue. In these cases, you can follow these instructions to get the email headers:
- Open the email whose headers you need.
- Click the More Actions icon on the right side of the email preview.
- Select the Show Original option from the listing.
- Click the Download full content option to get the headers.
