I am able to send emails but I am unable to receive emails.
All users will be able to send emails, once the account is created by the administrator.
The MX records of the domain, determine the Email Servers of the domains. To receive emails to your domain based account, the MX Records of the domain need to be configured correctly. Refer here for detailed instructions.
I am able to send emails but I cant receive them. I tried following the instructions on the Help Center, but I am not successful. Please help me my domain is @findfolks.tech
