I want to choose a fixed format for my outgoing mails. Can I specify the settings?

You can set a default behavior for your Outgoing mails by specifying the Font family and Font size in the Composer settings.

To set your System Font as your default composer font setting, go to Settings > Compose > Compose Font Options. Provide the font name in the System Font field. (Type in the preferred font name (case-sensitive) from your System fonts to make it as default font for outgoing emails.)

Click on the font after entering it to set as default compose font.

The recipient's font will be rendered based on the fonts available in their system.
