How do I automatically add signatures to my emails?

To add signatures to your emails automatically:

  1. Log in to the Zoho Mail web app.

  2. Follow these instructions to create the email signature.

  3. Ensure to associate the signature with the desired "From" address.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Manually sync the web settings to the mobile app by following the steps here.
