How do I change my Mail account name?

You can only change your Mail account name from the Zoho Mail web app. To do so:

  1. Log in to the Zoho Mail web app.

  2. Follow these steps to change the Mail account name

  3. Once done, manually sync the web settings to the mobile app by following the steps here.

The updated Mail account name will be reflected in the mobile app.
