How do I change my Zoho account name?

To change your Zoho account name:

  1. Log in to the Zoho Mail web app.

  2. Click your profile picture at the top-right corner of the app and select My Account.

  3. Navigate to Profile > Personal Information.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. In the Display Name textbox, enter your preferred name.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Manually sync the web settings to the mobile app by following the steps here​.

Note: The updated Zoho account name will be reflected in the Mail mobile app and all other Zoho applications. So, proceed with caution.
