How do I share feedback in the Zoho Mail Android app?

To submit feedback about the app or report a bug or an issue:

  1. Tap the Settings icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  2. Scroll down the page and tap Help & feedback.

  3. Tap Send Feedback.

  4. Describe the issue you're facing.

  5. By default, the Include system logs and Include diagnostic information options will be toggled on to share all of the necessary technical information with the support team for debugging. Toggle these options on if they've been disabled.

  6. Tap the Attachment icon at the top-right corner of the screen to browse photos or attach files regarding issue you're facing.

  7. Tap the Send icon to submit the feedback. 

Alternatively, you can also send feedback from the Main Menu. To do so:

  1. Tap the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.

  2. Scroll down and tap Help & feedback.

  3. Tap Send Feedback, and follow the same steps as mentioned above.

Once you've submitted the feedback, a ticket will be raised automatically and a customer support representative will get in touch with you shortly.
