How to load images in emails automatically?

This setting can be configured in the Zoho Mail web app. To automatically view images in your emails:

  1. Log in to the Zoho Mail web app.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Mail View Options.

  3. Under Load External Images, choose Always.

Once done, new emails containing images will be automatically downloaded in the mobile app. To auto-download images for old emails, re-log in to the app.
