️Troubleshooting Notifications: Vivo

Step 1: Enable notifications for the Zoho Mail app in device settings

  1. Open your device’s Settings and go to Apps.

  2. Tap Zoho Mail from the list of apps.

  3. Tap Notifications.

  4. Toggle the button On to enable notifications for the Zoho Mail app.



Step 2: Enable the Auto-start manager

  1. Open your device’s Settings and go to Apps.

  2. Tap Special app access.

  3. Tap Auto-start

  4. Select Zoho Mail.

  5. Enable Auto-start for Zoho Mail.



Step 3: Don't restrict background usage data

  1. Open your device’s Settings and go to Apps.

  2. Tap Zoho Mail from the list of apps.

  3. Tap Battery.

  4. Choose Unrestricted.
