Step 1: Enable notifications for the Zoho Mail app in device settings

1. Open your device’s Settings and go to Apps.

2. Tap Zoho Mail from the list of apps.

3. Tap Notifications.

4. Toggle the button On to enable notifications for the Zoho Mail app.
   

Step 2: Exclude Zoho Mail from battery optimisation

1. Open your device’s Settings and go to Battery. 

2. Tap Advanced settings.

3. Tap Optimise battery usage. 

4. Tap Zoho Mail > Don't optimize.
