Open your device’s Settings and go to Apps
Tap Zoho Mail from the list of apps.
Choose Notifications.
Toggle the button On to enable notifications for the Zoho Mail app.
Open your device’s Settings and go to Apps.
Tap Zoho Mail from the list of apps.
Choose App battery usage.
Select Allow background usage > Enable.
Open your device’s Settings and go to Apps.
Tap Zoho Mail from the list of apps.
Choose Mobile data usage.
Select Background data > Enable.
Select Unrestricted mobile data usage > Enable.
