Troubleshooting Notifications: Pixel

Step 1: Enable notifications for the Zoho Mail app in device settings

  1. Open your device’s Settings and go to Apps

  2. Tap Zoho Mail from the list of apps.

  3. Choose Notifications.

  4. Toggle the button On to enable notifications for the Zoho Mail app.



Step 2: Exclude Zoho Mail from battery optimisation

  1. Open your device’s Settings and go to Apps.

  2. Tap Zoho Mail from the list of apps.

  3. Choose App battery usage.

  4. Select Allow background usage > Enable.



Step 3: Enable Background data

  1. Open your device’s Settings and go to Apps.

  2. Tap Zoho Mail from the list of apps.

  3. Choose Mobile data usage.

  4. Select Background data > Enable.

  5. Select Unrestricted mobile data usage > Enable.
