Step 1: Enable notifications for the Zoho Mail app in device settings

1. Open your device’s Settings and go to Apps.

2. Tap Zoho Mail from the list of apps.

3. Tap Notifications.

4. Toggle the button On to enable notifications for the Zoho Mail app.
   

Step 2: Battery optimisation unrestricted

1. Go to your device’s Settings and tap Apps.

2. Select Zoho Mail from the list of apps.

3. Tap Battery.

4. Choose Unrestricted.
