If you're not receiving notifications from the Zoho Mail app, the app or device notifications might be turned off. You can enable notifications by following the steps below.
Open the Zoho Mail mobile app.
Tap the Hamburger icon in the top-left corner of the app.
Tap the Settings icon.
Scroll down to the Security section.
Tap Privacy and Security.
In the page that opens, toggle the Push Notifications button on.
Open the Zoho Mail mobile app.
Tap the Hamburger icon in the top-left corner of the app.
Tap the Settings icon.
In the User Account section, tap the account for which you aren't receiving push notifications.
In the page that opens, toggle the Push Notifications button on.
Verify if notification is blocked due to Sender based and Folder based notifications. Learn more
Open the Settings app on your mobile device.
Navigate to App Settings.
Look for Zoho Mail in the list of applications.
Tap Notifications
Toggle the Allow Notifications option on.
On the same page, tap Notification Categories.
Verify if the settings are enabled for the required account and category (Email/Streams).
Once all these settings are in place, check if you're receiving the notification by sending a test email.
