You can access your external email accounts (Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) in the mobile app only if they have been added to your Zoho Mail account from the web app. To do so:
Log in to the Zoho Mail web app.
To add a POP account, follow the instructions here.
To add an IMAP account, follow the instructions here.
