How do I share feedback from the Zoho Mail iOS app's sign-in page?

To contact support when you're facing difficulties signing in to the Zoho Mail iOS app:

  1. Tap the Question Mark icon at the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Tap Contact Support from the menu list.

  3. Enter the Zoho email ID for which you're facing the issue.

  4. Describe the issue you're facing.

  5. The Send Diagnostics option is toggled on by default to share all of the necessary technical information with the support team for debugging. Toggle this option on if it has been disabled.

  6. Tap Next at the top-right corner of the screen.

  7. Make any necessary changes in the Apple Mail Composer that opens within the app.

  8. Once ready, tap the Send icon to submit your feedback email to the support team.

Once you've submitted the feedback, a ticket will be raised automatically, and a customer support representative will get in touch with you shortly.
