How do I stop new emails from going to the Notifications or Newsletter folders?

You need to disable the Smart Filters from the Zoho Mail web app to stop emails from going to the Notifications or Newsletter folders. To do so:

  1. Log in to mail.zoho.com.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Filters.

  3. Disable Smart Filters under the Incoming Emails Filter section.
