If you're not receiving notifications from the Zoho Mail app, the app or device notifications might be turned off. You can enable notifications by following the steps below.
Open the Zoho Mail mobile app.
Tap the Settings icon from the toolbar.
Tap Notifications
For your account, toggle the Email Notifications button on.
Verify if notification is blocked due to Sender based and Folder based notifications. Learn more
Open the Settings app on your mobile device.
Look for Zoho Mail in the list of applications.
Tap Notifications.
Toggle the Allow Notifications option on.
Choose your notification style: your preference on Alerts, Banner Style, Sounds, and Badges
Open the Settings app on your mobile device.
Tap Focus.
Open your current Focus mode and tap Apps.
