When I share an email, will the others in the thread know that it has been shared?

Others members in a thread will not know that an email has been shared. If you want to notify them, select the Invite others in this thread checkbox. This will include the others in the email sharing process.

Useful tip: Having shared inboxes for your group email addresses enables your team to view and discuss email conversations.
