Import and store images

By integrating your image hosting sites, you can import your images and save them in Zoho Marketing Automation's library. Giphy is integrated with Zoho Marketing Automation by default.

Learn how to integrate with image hosting sites

To import images from Giphy:

  1. Click Library in the Navigation toolbar.
  2. Click Giphy.
  3. Search for a relevant topic. Choose a GIF by checking in the top-left corner of the image.
  4. Accept the terms and click Add to my Files.

To import images from Google Photos:

Your Zoho Marketing Automation account must be connected with Google Photos to import images.
  1. Click Library in the Navigation toolbar.
  2. Click Google Photos.
  3. Choose an image available in your Google Photos account.
  4. Click Add to my Files.

Note: You can only import photos from albums. If you don't have an album create one and add images into it to import them.

To import images from Flickr:

Your Zoho Marketing Automation account must be connected with Flickr to import images.
  1. Click Library in the Navigation toolbar.
  2. Click Flickr.
  3. Choose an image in your Flickr account.
  4. Click Add to my Files. 

 View imported images  

To view the images imported from the computer or from Image Hubs:
  1. Click Library in the Navigation toolbar.
  2. Click My Files to view the images imported into your Zoho Marketing Automation account.  

Delete imported images  

To delete the imported images from the Library:
  1. Click Library in the Navigation toolbar.
  2. Click My Files to view the images imported into your Zoho Marketing Automation account.
  3. Choose an image by checking in the top-left corner of the image.
  4. Click Delete.
