How to connect with Ecommerce applications

Integrate Zoho Marketing Automation with e-commerce applications to manage your products, orders, customers, and carts; and have everything completely automated.
Send promotional campaigns, create customer journeys, segment leads based on their activities, and initiate automated series of follow-up messages and action flows for them. 

Prerequisites:
  1. You must have an active Shopify account. If you have multiple active accounts, only a single account can be selected for integration.
  2. You must be the organization administrator in Zoho Marketing Automation to perform the sync.

To integrate with Shopify:

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.settings icon

  2. Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Click E-commerce under Categories and then, select Shopify.
  4. Click Connect and click Continue.
  5. Enter your Shopify store URL and associated API values.

  6. Click Connect.

To integrate with Zoho Commerce:

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.settings icon

  2. Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Click E-commerce under Categories and then, select Zoho Commerce.
  4. Click Connect and click Continue.

To disconnect integration with e-commerce applications: 

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.settings icon

  2. Click the e-commerce application you want to disconnect.
  3. Click Disconnect on the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Click Proceed in the confirmation popup.
