Getting your emails into Outlook's Focused Inbox
Microsoft Outlook introduced the Focused Inbox feature to help its users categorize their inbox based on interest. It's similar to
Gmail's Primary tab. Emails landing in Focused Inbox are considered safe by spam filters and future emails from the sender are less likely to be filtered out.

Note:
- Outlook automatically moves frequently opened emails to the Focused Inbox, so recipients regularly opening your emails will continue to see them.
- Ask your contacts to move your emails to the Focused Inbox if it lands in other tabs.
How to move emails from the Other inbox to the Focused inbox
Your contacts can simply drag and drop an email from the Other Inbox to the Focused Inbox. Further emails from that sender will automatically be directed to the Focused Inbox.
Alternatively, your contacts can follow the steps below,
- Right click the email to be moved.
- To move only the selected message, choose Move to Focused Inbox.
- Choose Always Move to Focused, if you want all future messages from the sender to land in Focused Inbox.
