How to add more than two email addresses for a contact?

In Zoho Marketing Automation, you can add up to two email addresses for a Contact. But there can be instances where you'd like to add more. In such cases, you can create custom fields for the contacts and specify the email address in those fields. To create a custom field:
  1. Click on Settings (Gear icon) at top right.
  2. Under General Settings, click on Contact Fields.



  3. Click on Custom Fields tab at top and choose Add Custom Field at far right.



  4. In the slide-in window that appears, choose the Field Type as Email, provide a name in the Field Label field. If needed, provide a default merge tag value for this custom field. If this field needs to be encrypted, tick Encrypt Fields option.



  5. Click Create once you've filled in the necessary information.
  6. Now, click on Contacts from the Navigation Toolbar to the left and select View Contacts.
  7. Click on the contact for whom you want to specify an additional email address to open the contact details page.
  8. In the Contact Properties tab, scroll down the page until you find this custom field. Hover over it, and specify the email address.
