In Zoho Marketing Automation, it is possible to compartmentalize your lists into different folders. You can also do the same for segments, lead generation reports, signup forms, signup pop-ups, and landing pages – the procedure would be the same in all the modules. To create a new folder in lists:
- From the Navigation Toolbar to the left, click Contacts and choose Lists.
- Select the lists that you want to move to a new folder as shown in the GIF above.
- Click Move to Folder option at the top-right.
- Click Add New Folder. Provide a name for the folder and Save.
- You can't directly create a folder. You've to select the lists and only then the option to add a new folder will appear.
