Creating a Folder in Lists

How to create a new folder and move some of my lists to that folder?

In Zoho Marketing Automation, it is possible to compartmentalize your lists into different folders. You can also do the same for segments, lead generation reports, signup forms, signup pop-ups, and landing pages – the procedure would be the same in all the modules. To create a new folder in lists:


  1. From the Navigation Toolbar to the left, click Contacts and choose Lists.
  2. Select the lists that you want to move to a new folder as shown in the GIF above.
  3. Click Move to Folder option at the top-right.
  4. Click Add New Folder. Provide a name for the folder and Save.
  5. You can't directly create a folder. You've to select the lists and only then the option to add a new folder will appear.
