How to setup field based scoring?

  1. Select Contacts and choose Lead Qualification from the Navigation Toolbar to the left side.
  2. Click the Plus icon + in the Field Based Scoring section or click Configure Scoring.



  3. Provide an Identifier for the scoring.
  4. Define the field and its value, then assign a score to it. You can add multiple scoring records as well.
  5. Click Create.
