How to setup field based scoring?

Select Contacts and choose Lead Qualification from the Navigation Toolbar to the left side.
Click the Plus icon + in the Field Based Scoring section or click Configure Scoring.
Provide an Identifier for the scoring.
Define the field and its value, then assign a score to it. You can add multiple scoring records as well.
Click Create.
