Why are new Contacts entering into my Zoho Marketing Automation account not visible on the List that meets the criteria?

The List in Zoho Marketing Automation is static in nature. Hence, the criteria set for the list will pull only the existing contacts on your Marketing Automation account when you initially create a List.

When creating a Contact, if you leave the List field empty, the system will not automatically pull this contact into the List that matches the criteria of the contact. You must specify the under which this Contact needs to be present when creating or importing or syncing the Contacts.
