How to associate a sign-up form with topics?

After creating the sign-up form, click on it to go inside it. Click on the Configuration tab at the top of the form. To the right side, you can see the Topics section.

 

 

Click on the Configure button to select a topic that you wish to associate with this sign-up form.

 

 

Once done, click on the Save button.
