How to setup response action for a signup form?
After creating the sign-up form, click on it to go inside it. Click on the Configuration tab at the top of the form. To the right side, you can see the Response Action section.
Click on the Configure button in that section to set up a follow-up action based on the successful submission of a sign-up form.
Once done, click on the Save button.
