Why are the contacts added through the Sign-up form not reflecting inside my Zoho Marketing Automation account?

By default, Double Opt-In is enabled on your Zoho Marketing Automation account. When a contact fills out the sign-up form, a confirmation email will be sent to their email address. The Contact will get added to your account only after they accept the consent in the confirmation email. Double Opt-in is a useful method for filtering the contacts.
