Can I view replies received for my WhatsApp campaigns using Zoho Marketing Automation?

As of now, you cannot view the replies received for your WhatsApp campaigns using Zoho Marketing Automation. However, you can use WhatsApp's Click to chat feature to directly communicate with the contacts who've replied to you. Simply include a call-to-action (CTA) button in your WhatsApp message with your own link. The format of the link should be https://wa.me/(your WhatsApp number with country code).

For example, you can include the link, https://wa.me/19876543210, in the WhatsApp message you sent to your contacts as a CTA. Here, '1' is the country code, and '9876543210' is your WhatsApp number. When your contact clicks on the link, they'll be redirected to your WhatsApp Business Account's chat window. Once they send you a reply, you can continue your conversation with them through that account.
