What is the difference between delivery rate, open rate and click rate in an email campaign report?

Delivery rate: The percentage of emails delivered with respect to the number of emails sent.
Open rate: The percentage of emails that were opened by the contacts in comparison to the number of emails sent.
Click rate: Percentage of the contacts, who clicked on a call-to-action button, hyperlink or image in the emails you have sent.
