Once you send out engagement pop-ups, you can check how they have performed from the report section. This document will help you navigate through the report section and understand different terminologies you'll find there.
To see the reports of engagement pop-ups, please follow the steps given below.
- Click Marketing Campaigns in the left panel, then select Engagement Pop-Ups.

- Click on the pop-up name for which you want to see the report.
Reports
You can use this section to get insight into how your engagement pop-up has performed during a specific period. The report section under engagement pop-ups includes:
- Total visitors - The number of individuals who have visited your webpage.
- Visits - The number of times the visitors land on your webpage and scroll through it.
- Impressions - The number of times the visitors have seen your engagement pop-up.
- Interactions - The number of times visitors have interacted with the pop-up.
- Conversions - The number of times visitor have clicked on the call-to-action (CTA) button present in your engagement pop-up. This does not include the clicks to close the pop-up.
- Pop-up stats over time - This section includes a line graph that shows how many known visitors and anonymous visitors have landed on your webpage through the engagement pop-up during a period of time. You can set the date range from the Calendar option to get the statistics of a specific time period.

- Visitors split - This graph shows the percentage of known and anonymous visitors that have visited your webpage during a specific time.
- Conversion funnel - This funnel gives you an insight on the number and percentage of impressions, conversions and interactions your engagement pop-up has received.
- Visits by source - This section gives you an insight on the sources from where visitors have landed on your engagement pop-ups.
- Direct visitors: Visitors who enter your webpage directly without having to click on a link available on another website. Most of these visitors would either manually enter your webpage URL or would have bookmarked it.
- Referral traffic: Visitors who land on your webpage through another source, for example, a URL on a third-party website or a link embedded in an email campaign.
- Social traffic: Visitors who reach your webpage through social media platforms like Facebook or X.
- Others: Webpage visitors who do not belong to any of the categories mentioned above.

- Performance by field - This section helps you understand how your visitors have interacted with the individual fields on your engagement pop-up. The metrics taken evaluated here are:
- Focuses: The number of times the visitor have clicked each field in the pop-up.
- Interactions: The number of times visitors entered data into each field of your pop-up.
- Refocuses: The number of times the same visitor have re-clicked on a field in the pop-up.
- Corrections: The number of times each field in the pop-up was edited by the visitors.
- Dropoffs: The number of visitors who've left without submitting a pop-up after entering data in its fields.

- Top webpages - You can see your top performing websites that are embedded with engagement pop-ups. The performance of the websites are analyzed based on the following metrics:
- Visits: The number of times visitors have landed on your webpage and have scrolled through it.
- Interactions: The number of times visitors have interacted with the pop-up embedded on your webpages.
- Conversions: The number of times visitors have accomplished a desired action on the pop-up, like clicking a call-to-action button.
- Abandons: The number of visitors who leave the webpage without performing any desired actions on the pop-up.

Response
You can use this section to gather detailed insights on responses submitted by visitors who’ve interacted with your pop-ups. The responses collected are arranged under the following fields - Device & OS, Browser, Country, Email ID, Date of Birth, Input box, Website address, and Phone number.
You can use the filter option to view a list of either All Visitors, Known Visitors, or Anonymous Visitors.
