WhatsApp Campaign reports
You can analyze the performance of your WhatsApp campaigns by looking at their reports.
To view the report of a campaign:
- Click Marketing Campaigns from the navigation toolbar and click WhatsApp.
- Click a sent campaign to view its report.
Reports
Under the Reports tab, you will get detailed information about the following data:
- Sent: Number of recipients the WhatsApp campaign has been sent to.
- Delivered: Number of recipients who got the WhatsApp campaign delivered to their device.
- Read: Number of recipients who opened and read the WhatsApp campaign.
- Clicked: Number of recipients of the WhatsApp campaign has been clicked.
- Replied: Number of recipients who have replied to the WhatsApp campaign. Please note that Zoho Marketing Automation will track the reply only when the contact swipes right and replies.
- Under engagement stats, you can view the following data:
- Cost per click: The total cost spent on sending the campaign divided by the number of clicks.
- Cost per lead: The total cost spent on sending the campaign divided by the number of unique leads.
- Under delivery stats, you can view the following data:
- Failed: The recipients who didn't receive the WhatsApp campaign due to some reasons. Learn more
- Unsubscribed: Number of recipients who have unsubscribed from your WhatsApp campaigns. Your contacts can unsubscribe either by replying ‘STOP’ or by clicking the unsubscribe link in your message. In either case, they will be removed from all channels, and won’t receive any future campaigns.
- Messages over time shows the graph of the number of WhatsApp campaigns that were read, clicked, and replied to over time.
- Location stats shows the location of the devices that were used to click the WhatsApp messages.
Contacts
Under this tab, you can see the number of contacts under the following views:
The campaign may fail to send due to the following reasons:
- Your content template may have an unsupported media file.
- Your contact may not have WhatsApp installed, so would be considered invalid recipients for WhatsApp campaign.
Configuration
In this tab, you can view the overall details about the WhatsApp campaign, like the contacts and sender details under the To and From sections. You can view the total number of recipients who received the campaign, and you can also view the content preview.
You can preview the campaign by clicking the View WhatsApp button in the top-right corner. You can clone or delete the campaign by clicking the More icon beside the button and choosing the respective option.
