How to navigate through the feature - Planner
Follow the step-by-step creation flow shown below.
Planner
- Select the Planner button in the top-left corner, where you can select a particular date and choose to run multiple marketing activities.
- Click the Add Activity button in the top right corner, then select the type of activity you want to add. It can either be a Digital or Offline Activity based on your needs.
Digital Activities
- Email Campaign
- SMS Campaign
- Others
Offline Activities
- Print Ads
- Postal Ads
- Billboards
- Endorsements
- Trade shows
- Events
- Others
- You can choose a campaign name, give a description, and select a launch date and time, along with your overall budget for the campaign and expected expense amount.
- You can also add checklists that need to be passed in order to complete the goal and add collaborators that are essential in completing the plan.
- A plan will be created on the date you selected. You can customize it in the Planner tab.
Note : You'll be shown the total number of activities in that particular planner to keep track of them.- You can also view the plans in two different ways, as a calendar view and as a tree view, by toggling through the buttons beside the Add Activity tab.
