How to navigate through the feature - Kanban Board

Planner → Kanban Board
The Kanban Board is an interactive dashboard where plans are classified by their type (also referred to as a channel), such as emails, SMS, or posters, or by their current stage, such as yet to start, in progress, or completed. Plans are shown in a card format, and different cards are put under different statuses. You can move them around by using the drag-and-drop feature if they progress from one status to another.
You can also add different status sections here. Activities can be added directly into the different status boxes by clicking the Add Activity button. Status can be defined as
- Ideating: The period where the plans are still an idea and are in a decisive stage
- Yet to start: Plans that are ready to begin but have not been initiated yet.
- Scheduled: Plans scheduled for a future time..
- In progress: Plans that are currently underway and functioning to achieve the goal.
- Completed: Plans that have achieved its goal successfully and are not currently functioning.
You can also switch to the Channel view to view cards by their nature of activities, such as email and SMS. You can add new activities from here as well.
